The dashboard gives you access to your call history, voicemail, recorded calls and other information. Recording your calls

You can record both inbound or outbound calls for monitoring compliance, service or for audit. This optional feature give you secure online access to a file storage and retrieval system for all calls. You can set to record some calls, all calls or record on demand.

Administrators Control Panel

Horizon provides IT managers with a powerful administrative management capability while giving employees freedom to control calls quickly and effectively. Set up is quick and easy and you can choose to pass down control to the user or you can retain control of the individual user features.

Auto Assistant

You can use Auto Assistant to supply callers with routing options for different areas of their business. You can also create announcements to inform callers of other details such as opening hours, website address, other social media and when the office is closed.
